Drawing on the principles of Pilates and the Franklin Method my seated classes work with breathing, core control and spine articulation to develop and improve strength, posture, body awareness and flexibility leading to a feeling of well being and vitality. These classes are suitable for those who find working on a mat uncomfortable.
There are weekly seated classes at:

- Christ Church Community Centre, Darley – Thursday 11:00am – 11:45pm
