My teaching approach draws predominantly on the movement principles of Pilates and also incorporates the principles of Body Mind Centering (BMC) and the Franklin Method. I have found that BMC provides a deep inner support for Pilates movement, and the imagery of the Franklin Method enriches the movement experience. My classes offer a relaxing yet revitalising form of exercise that tones and strengthens the whole body. My approach aims to facilitate moving with ease, deepening self-awareness and the mind/body connection.
