Classes

I run a variety of classes including:

  • Mat – individual, pairs and groups
  • Seated – individual, pairs and groups

Classes are suitable for women and men of all ages and fitness levels.  All equipment is provided – you just need to arrive in comfortable clothing suitable for movement (trainers not necessary – just socks).  It is always a good idea to consult your doctor if you have any queries about your health before starting a new fitness programme.
